Tasting Notes

This is a traditional, dry & tart cider, a flavour of untold apple & pear varieties and wild yeast. Fresh, locally grown fruit, pulped using renewable power and fermented on the wild yeasts present on the skin of the fruit.

The pulp was fed to local cattle and pigs, and no nutritional value was wasted.
